Attorney admitted to practice before the Supreme Court since 1998.
Graduated in Law from the University of Catania, since 1986 he has been registered with the Bar.
He is an expert in criminal law matters, with particular specialization in crimes against public administration, corporate and bankruptcy crimes, administrative liability of legal persons, navigation code, criminal family law, offences relating to urban planning and environmental violations and negligent offences deriving from professional activity.
He has acquired specific expertise in air navigation law.
È redattore dei D.D.L. n. He is the drafter of Senate Bills no. 2037 and Chamber Bills no. 2804 (XVIII Legislature); senate Bill no. 448 (XIX Legislature) on the “regulation of recreational and sport aviation”.
Since April 2023, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of ENAV S.p.A. and a member of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee.
He collaborates with the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy as coordinator of the team of experts for the drafting of a national law on the “Space Economy” and space activities.
Since 2024, he has been a member of the Technical Scientific Committee of ASI – Italian Space Agency.
Since 2025, he has been President of the Aero Club of Italy.
