He graduated from the University of Catania with 110/110 cum laude.
He trained at the law firm of Prof. Avv. Giovanni Grasso, where he developed significant experience in the fields of white-collar criminal law.

He attended the “III Biennial Advanced Specialist Training Course for Criminal Defence Lawyers”, organized by the “La Sapienza” University of Rome and the Italian Union of Criminal Chambers.

He attended the “Advanced Training Course in European Criminal Law”, organized by the University of Bologna and the Italian Union of Criminal Chambers.

He was a member of the board of the Criminal Chamber “Serafino Famà” of Catania.

He carries out an intense conference activity and regularly gives lectures in the territorial schools of the Criminal Chambers.
He is a registered publicist journalist.

In December 2025, he was appointed Subject Matter Expert in Criminal Law, SSD IUS/17, at the University of Enna “Kore”, with a three-year appointment conferred by Decree no. 36/2025 of 15/12/2025 issued by the Director of the Department of Economic and Legal Sciences.
